Dispatch Policy:
We send our orders within 3-5 days time, however it can change on a daily basis depending on how much work we have, and for custom orders it can take a couple of daye more. When yuou place an order with us, we send the order confirmation email and date of dispatch time as well for your order.

Delivery time:
All orders are sent by DHL or Fedex. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 3 - 5 days.

Return & Exchange:
Satisfaction Guaranteed, If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 5 days for a refund of the full purchase price (less the shipping charges). All sales are final after 15 days from the recipt of the item in same condition as dispatched originally. Please let us know by email for the reason of return. NOTE: Leather jackets that are personalised with insignia, or that have had any form of customised sizing, are non-returnable.

Exchanging an Item
If you are exchanging the item, your replacement item will be sent out as soon as the initial item is returned. You are responsible for the freight charges of all items coming back to us for exchange.

Every product that Ventaja Leather Jackets sells is guaranteed to satisfy our customer’s need to feel good about themselves. If you are not fully satisfied you may return it for a full refund.

Once you receive your purchase and review our products against these elements, we know that you will be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of your receipt of the product.

As the manufacturer, we stand behind our product. We will repair any defect in workmanship occurring under normal wear for a period of one year to date of purchase when the garment is returned with the original invoice. After the guaranteed period, repairs will be done whenever possible for a minimum charge. In this case the postal charges will be paid by the sender.

What is your refund policy?
Ventaja offers a 30-day money back guarantee (a) for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products, and (b) for media still in the original shrink-wrap with all seals intact and for opened but defective media, unless a longer returns period is required by law in your jurisdiction in which case Ventaja will accept returns in accordance with the statutory returns policy applicable to you. To request a refund, you must contact our Customer Service using the email, or by phone.

How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Please note that your request may not be approved because your order has already been shipped. To request a cancellation of your order, you must contact our Customer Service using the email or by phone given in contact us.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order by accessing the dhl or Fedex tarcking no. provided by us after the dispatch of the shipment.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.
